I am here to help you through this time. You are not alone and don't need to do this by yourself. I’m a licensed therapist in Rochester, MN offering teletherapy/online therapy to anyone in MN. WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
You will sign in with a private link that is HIPAA compliant. You and I will then talk about what has brought you to therapy and you will tell me more of your story. We will also talk about what you want to achieve with therapy. Your goals are my goals. My focus is always on you. I will be on time, be honest and open, and listen well.
